Database Management using iMOS or other CAD/CAM manufacturing systems, MSSMS platform, and Microsoft Report Builder

Microsoft AD domain and user management.

System Experience with Acumatica or other ERP systems

University degree or college diploma in a related field and/or proven demonstrated experience.

Experience with information modelling and system integration and implementation of system infrastructure.

Minimum five (5) years experience in IT Project Management, specifically ERP Transformation.

Knowledge of industry best practices in ERP implementation, data migration, system integration, and change management.

Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (asset).

Managed ERP implementation projects (preferably Oracle Cloud).

Ability to work with large scale ERP projects with Tier1 ERP solutions (Oracle, SAP, JDE, Dynamics365, etc.);

Demonstrated experience in and knowledge of municipal asset management.

Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.

IBM Certified Advanced Deployment Professional - Maximo Asset Management v7.6 is an asset.

Implementation of Oracle's JD Edwards and PowerBI with Work Management systems are considered an asset.

Evaluate business processes and necessary reporting, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Provide guidance for new data collection with recommended processes and quality requirements.

Experience providing recommendations to senior management and stakeholders

Must have 10+ years work experience as an ERP Business Analyst

Experience implementing ERP Technologies, softwares, tools and techniques such as SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc...

Experience leading the development of technology solutions options for IT projects

5+ years experience working with the development of technology solutions

Experience leading the development of business architecture for the project

-Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify reporting requirements

-Experience with complex data analysis, data migrations, analytics, and insights

Excellent time management and organization skills with a high degree of flexibility and ability to prioritize workload.

Support stakeholder management with internal teams and external vendors.

Maintain the project management and vacation calendars.

Trains project team members in policies and use of Project Management tools.

Help the project manager to monitor project progress.

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Coordinator of large-scale ERP programs (preferably D365).

A post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Management or relevant experience

Strong technical knowledge of Epicor ERP system, including modules such as Financial Management, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sales Management.

Design and implement customizations, workflows, and dashboards to meet business requirements.

Communicate issues, risks, and concerns proactively to manage and engage colleagues while working in a hybrid Agile/Scrum process.

Strong experience with ERP systems and SQL Server databases.

Strong knowledge of ERP processes, manufacturing processes and SQL.

·Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

·Develop and maintain documentation related to system requirements, design, testing, and training materials.

·Minimum of 3 years of experience in Odoo implementation and customization.

·Strong knowledge of Odoo functional and technical aspects, including configuration, customization, and integration.

·Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·Experience with EDI, XML, RESTful API integration.
