What we are looking for:

We are currently seeking a Securities Administration Analyst to support the pooled fund administration functions. Reporting to the vice-president of securities operations, the successful candidate’s responsibilities will include:

• GL reconciliations
• Fund valuations
• Instructing pooled fund trade activity and wires
• Fund cash and holdings reconciliations
• Preparation of fund financial statements
• Reconcile investor capital stock transactions
• Distribution calculations

Qualifications & Attributes for the role:

• Attention to detail is paramount
• 2-3 years’ experience in fund accounting, and preparation of financial statements
• High competency with MS Excel
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Completion of the CSC
• Proven ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication
