POINTTS™ - The Traffic Ticket Specialists is a busy and well-established paralegal firm currently seeking several qualified candidates to fill positions in different locations across Ontario.
The ideal candidate for this position is comfortable working in a fast paced environment, has a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills.
A member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario
Highly motivated and able to prioritize and multitask (both collaboratively and independently)
Works well with minimal supervision
Strong oral and written advocacy skills
Technical aptitude
Familiarity with the appropriate charging acts, namely the Highway Traffic Act and the Compulsory Automobile Insurance Act
Willingness to work evenings and weekends
Possesses a valid driver’s licence and a dependable vehicle
