Real Estate Paralegal Jobs

We are looking for an individual with experience in a legal setting who will work full time to assist a lawyer in a Real Estate Practice.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

- Scheduling appointments and organizing a lawyer’s calendar

- Communicating with clients for initial screening, conflict checks, scheduling appointments and to refer them to proper resources and next steps

- Assisting with drafting documents to court, submitting documents both in-personal and virtually online

- Prioritizing tasks in order to meet deadlines

- Draft real estate transaction documents

- Communicate with various financial institutions, municipal officials, etc.

- Finalize Will files, prepare Affidavits of Execution, assist with tracking estate documents within the firm

Experience

- Legal: 1 year (preferred)

Qualifications

- Strong computer skills including experience with Word, Excel and Teraview.

- The successful candidate would also be detail-oriented, hard-working, dependable and a team player.

Salary

- $18 to $22

Hours of work

- 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday to Friday
