We are currently seeking a talented and creative Administrative Assistant to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our real estate agent in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on properties, market trends, and competitors to provide valuable insights.
- Perform general office tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and organizing documents.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Provide administrative support to the real estate agent, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and other correspondence.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client databases using CRM software.
- Coordinate and track deadlines, deliverables, and appointments to ensure timely completion.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing materials and property listings.
Experience:
- Experience working with CRM software and the ability to maintain accurate client databases.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- At least one year of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to adapt to different tones and audiences
- Knowledge of design applications (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
