Experience with Data Management and Project Management is a plus.

Strong technical knowledge and experience with at least one of: R, Python, SQL, Java, R or C/C++

Technical knowledge or experience with Azure, AWS, Databricks, Hadoop, Spark and Cloud.

Experience in an exception lending environment

Above average analytical skills, strong aptitude for problem solving, organization and planning

Experience with inventory management, rehypothecation processing a strong plus

8 -10+ years of experience as a BSA (have BA skills+ technology skillsets such as SQL, data analysis, data extraction, etc.)

3+ years experience with Securities Lending (within Prime Services) a requirement to understand data being analyzed. (Include products)

Work closely with business stakeholders in the Prime Services business in understanding business requirements and work closely with vendor for deliverables.

Analyze and document business and functional requirements as per business needs.

5+ years experience of using SQL on databases (including writing SQL queries) such as Oracle, Sybase etc.

Coach new or less experienced colleagues and serve as a reference point throughout requirements management life cycle.

Participate in quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes and other requirements work products.

Commitment to applying advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices and standards, including design, development, testing and project management.

Degree specializing in finance, risk management, or other quantitative discipline.

Provide ad-hoc support to Front Office and Credit Management to facilitate trading of existing and new products.

2-5 years prior capital markets work experience primarily focused on counterparty credit risk is required.

Strong quantitative background and experience producing analytical reports.

Build a detailed understanding of the various derivative and financing businesses which CMRM supports.

Introductory level product knowledge of derivatives, foreign exchange, repo, securities lending, custody, clearing, cash management, syndicated and bilateral loans is preferred.

Ongoing monitoring of Counterparty performance and credit exposures, including compliance with authorized credit limits and terms, as well as reporting requirements.

Identify potential problems requiring attention and recommend appropriate actions to best manage the risks in deteriorating credit situations.

Undergraduate degree preferably in Business (Accounting or Finance) or Economics with high academic standing.

Excellent communications abilities and well-developed writing proficiency.

Provide coverage of FIs and FI groups which may include Insurance, Banks, Broker Dealers, Central Clearing Counterparties, and government entities.

At least two years of capital market experience or relevant collateral management experience

Ongoing, proactive risk management via staying abreast of risk issues in the capital markets and assessing impacts on our exposures
