Overview Business Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical and administrative support to businesses. They are responsible for helping businesses to identify and solve problems, as well as to improve their operations. They may also be responsible for providing training and guidance to business users. Detailed Job Description Business Support Analysts are responsible for providing technical and administrative support to businesses. This includes troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, providing guidance and training to business users, and helping businesses to identify and solve problems. They may also be responsible for developing and implementing new processes and procedures, as well as providing support for existing systems and applications. Business Support Analysts must have strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They must also be able to work with a variety of stakeholders, including business users, IT staff, and senior management. Job Skills Required• Technical knowledge and experience
