Systems Support Analyst Intermediate(Hris Support Systems Analyst)

Summary

Reporting to the Senior Manager – Digital HR, you will be responsible for managing the team product backlog, gather business requirements from stakeholders, drive improvement, address root cause of recurring problems through our HRIS. You will be hands on collaborating, supporting the systems and processes that are critical to our people.

Responsibilities

• Perform standard changes on HRIS using standard change management practices.
• Be an active change agent to increase the velocity of the team.
• Monitor and manage system events.
• Create POC designs in staging environments.
• Submit and manage the vendor ticket queue
• Support the team by removing roadblocks and maintaining flow.
• Take part in journey mapping with stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Manage vendors related to our HRIS

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of network, integration, and cloud systems
• Understand the employee journey and events within a complex enterprise environment.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage incoming requests, prioritize and resolve problems simultaneously.
• Troubleshooting user and system issues to uphold service level agreements.
• User journey mapping
• Working knowledge in data analysis and data manipulation with large datasets
• Manage roadmap and product backlog.
• Working knowledge of SuccessFactors HCM modules (BizX, Recruitment, JAM)
• Someone who knows how to problem solve with little guidance on SaaS tools within secure and segmented environments.
• Bachelor's degree in HRIS, IT or related field of study
• Bilingualism is an asset (English and French)
