The HM is looking for someone who has solid expereince with system administration, who has managed environments across Windows Server and Virtual environments. Must have strong O365 and Online AD experience.

Summary:

The System Analyst is responsible for the technical administration, support, maintenance, and deployment of the hospital, infrastructure, including managing environments across Windows Server and Virtual environments. Must have strong O365 and Online AD experience. In addition, the System Analyst will administer, upgrade and patch lead servers’ operations. The System Analyst will play an active role in security of the systems, servers, and networks. In addition, the System Analyst will have Install, set-up, configure, maintain, and monitor Windows servers on premises. Participate in data center activities related to client’s environment.

Requirement:

• Strong understanding of VMWare they're 96% virtualized
• Tracks performance across all infrastructure platforms and reports metrics to IT Leadership.
• Solid understanding of Citrix
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Active Directory; Hands-on implementation, configuration, and maintenance of private and cloud-based environments, to include the Windows, VMware vSphere & M365 environment, as well as recommend solutions to meet other existing and future requirements while remaining compliant with the required security accreditation standards.
• Lead the implementation and utilization of central management systems (SCCM)
• Works to mitigate the impact of service failures and drives the improvement of current infrastructure.
• Ensures the service management team has clarity on the scope and level of service required of them to ensure the achievement of service level targets defined in OLAs containing KPIs linked to SLAs.
• Solid understanding of Microsoft Stack - Intune, SCCM, MDM, Exchange, and Active Directory
• Effectively utilize current monitoring and alerting tools and implement future central monitoring, alert, and configuration solutions.
• Responsible for leading the day-to-day management of backup data environment.
• Knowledge at advance level Microsoft Office Suite of products.
• Ability to implement, configure and monitor physical servers and SAN storage.
