Our software can run all aspects of an automotive dealership with sales, service, inventory management, and accounting modules.The Role:As a Dealership Infrastructure Analyst, you will research and implement new customer facing technologies at our dealerships clients, while providing excellent support to both our internal and external customers. This role provides the opportunity to work individually and within the team in a fast-paced environment and to travel occasionally within Canada and the US.This position will be based in our Milton, Ontario office and is not a remote work opportunity.Duties and Responsibilities

• Research new technologies and seek ways to implement them into customer environments
• Train other Analysts on new technologies, processes, and procedures to establish best practices
• Available to work hours beginning at 6:00am, 7:00am, 8:00am, or 9:00am
• Strong analytical, trouble-shooting, and problem-solving skills
• Managing any cloud deployments that will be required for DIT
• Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) in at least one of the following: Windows Servers, Veeam, Networking, SQL Server, or scripting/programming
• 2-3 years’ experience in System or Network Administrator role

• Perform network monitoring and troubleshooting to isolate and diagnose common network problems
• Other duties as assignedQualifications
• Experience managing Microsoft SQL Server
• Extensive hands-on experience with servers, switches, and firewalls
• Manage Windows Update deployments and patching using patching software
• Staff events
• Experience with scripting languages such as PowerShell considered an asset
• Experience managing networks, VLANs, VPNs and Firewalls
• Experience with backup technologies and tools such as Veeam
• Work to meet departmental and personal goals established by management
• Monitor & respond to escalation tickets from other PBS teams in a timely manner
• Maintain internal documentation on hardware, software, and custom tools
• Review current technical processes and procedures, seeking ways to improve them by means of automation or other tools
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of server & network issues
• An education department dedicated to helping you with professional and personal development
• Provide guidance and mentoring for less experienced members of the team
• Responsible for keeping track of assets and DIT deployed servers and networking equipment in the Milton office datacenter
• Managing Azure DR plan for DIT
• Experience creating and managing virtual environments (Hyper-V is preferred)
• Experience with Windows Server roles such as Active Directory, Group Policies, and RDS
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Server platforms such as 2012 R2, 2016 or 2019
• Work closely with other DIT (Dealership IT) analysts and PBS teams to resolve customer facing issues
• Fluent in English and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Manage medium to large scale projects and implementations according to budgets and schedules
• Managing Azure HCI deployments
• Provide after-hours support for infrastructure related emergencies as well as occasional after-hours maintenance
• Previous experience in the automotive industry or dealership environment considered an asset
• Manage daily backups using Veeam/Windows
• Available for occasional work on nights and weekends for infrastructure related emergencies and after-hours maintenanceWhat we offer:
