It Systems Analyst Jobs

Position Title: IT Systems Analyst, Defense- Level 2 (2361411)

Est. Start Date: August 14th

Duration: 4.5 months

Working hours: Mon-Friday in the office Hours: 8-5pm

Role Description:

· To support our development, we are seeking a customer-oriented IT Technician to join our team as a full-time employee. The IT Technician performs end-user support by solving incidents or answering requests by phone, by e-mail as well as in person. The scope of this role includes desktops, laptops, fixed phones and cell phones as well as printers and Taxes

Must haves:

• “Reliability Clearance” and “Controlled Goods”.
• Communicate clearly with team members.
• Work with a sense of urgency.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and the ability to join a computer to a domain (absolute MUST)
• Expertise in Windows 10 platform (Absolute MUST)
• Expect to dress in business casual attire for a professional environment (No Sweat Pants, Caps, Shorts)
• Help Desk experience

Key Job Functions:

· Provide 1st and 2nd level end-user support

· Servicedesk Ticketing System

· Imaging and deploying new computers

· Perform and support software installations

· Troubleshooting Computer and Network Issues

· Landline and Cell Phone configurations

Skills:

· 3 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk position, customer-facing

· Excellent interpersonal skills

· Knowledge of Windows 7 and 10, Office 2010/2016, Active Directory 2008/2012/2016

· Knowledge of Exchange 2010, 2013 and 2016, Office Communicator 2007, VMWare and Citrix Virtualization

· Familiar with a Ticketing System to open and close requests

· Knowledge of engineering applications (Clearcase, Clearquest, Doors) would be an asset

· Bilingualism is preferred. (English and French)
