We’re looking for a Oracle Financial Systems Analyst to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smile!

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, upgrade and support of our Oracle Financials system, Your expertise in retail financial processes, controls and technology, as well as your experience in delivering results, will be critical to your success in this role.

In this role you will:

• Actively participate in the journey of building digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace
• Lead other team members on projects and providing mentoring/coaching, support and (at the Manager level) providing career guidance and reviewing the performance of team members
• Develop and provide training to client staff to perform their routine activities in support of the daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly financial calendars
• Act as transformation and technology prime for an upgrade of the Oracle Financial systems to support the growing complexities of our business
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal finance customers and project teams in support of client Oracle Financials implementations
• Analyze Finance department’s business needs and objectives and providing in-depth application expertise in targeted business areas, streamlining business processes to achieve greater accuracy and timeliness of financial information

Qualifications

The Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance/accounting, or information technology; or related fields.
• 3+ years of experience in corporate finance technology and process transformation, with a focus on driving business results.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing financial systems which leverage technology to drive efficiency and cost savings, while embodying our company's values of caring, winning, dreaming, and delivering.
• Experience within Oracle Cloud Financials is a strong asset; experience in corporate financial systems is required
