Systems Support Technologist Jobs

3 year Electrical Technology Co-op or 4 year Electrical Engineering program

The successful candidate will have system support analyst experience within Bell Canada, preferably in the Client Experience Technology Services area

A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a system support analyst role managing large, complex, multi system solutions end to end.

IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW)

Experience as a technical director or related performing arts technical experience including lighting, carpentry, rigging and audio.

Experience in a leadership role.

3-year diploma/degree in Theatre Arts Production or an equivalent program

Perform standard changes on HRIS using standard change management practices.

Translate business requirements into technical requirements.

Manage vendors related to our HRIS

Submit and manage the vendor ticket queue

Monitor and manage system events.

Manage roadmap and product backlog.

Provide product and process feedback application engineering, product and program management, marketing, engineering, and quality department based on customer feedback.

Training in use of quality management tool such as 8D an 5W’s.

Draft, review and update of technical documents and knowledge-based articles including FAQ’s, manuals and troubleshooting guides.

Relevant education in Electronics, Electronics Technology, or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Relevant experience working in a customer-facing technical role.

Effective decision making and problem-solving skills.

2 years of related experience preferred

Acts as the support contact for all business groups

Owns the escalation of incidents to resolutions including collaboration with internal andexternal resources

Develops and maintains strong customer focused relationships with all stakeholders

Resolves and completes assigned service incidents and requests

Creates and maintains technology documentation and processes for use by other team staff

Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Ability to deal with others effectively.

Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position.

Ability to write programs in a variety of programming languages.

Ability to operate related equipment.

Knowledge and experience of submarine maintenance, design and configuration management; and

Detailed knowledge and experience in the operation of naval systems;

Provide technical leadership on projects requiring surface ship and submarine marine systems specific knowledge.

At least six (6) years’ experience conducting fundamental technical marine systems design support and analysis with submarine applications;

Experience in the in-service support of naval systems and/or engineering design;

Experience in systems integration, ship construction and/or repair.

Perform Tier 1 server and network device management.

Manage and maintain system access facilities to ensure/enforce strict security policies of business applications.

Assist in identification, evaluation, tailoring and implementation of vendor-supplied hardware/software packages to meet TPA business requirements.

2-5 years’ experience in information and technology support which may incorporate parking revenue control technology.

Proven experience in IT infrastructure and system technical support.

Experience with parking technology an asset.

• Manage user life-cycle management for our HRIS
