Business Analyst Jobs

Experience & Education

*Three (3) to five (5) years professional experience as a Business Analyst

*Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar certification preferred

*Experience and or Certification in LEAN continuous process improvement initiatives preferred

Duties

*Liaises between business units and the Development team to accurately gather, define, analyze, verify the document and deliver business application requirements and draft functional/non-functional designs

*Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to understand and document business needs, processes, and policies

*Conduct requirements elicitation activities including requirements workshops

*Perform needs/ gap analysis (AS IS/TO BE) based on business requirements and ensure organizational goals are met with stakeholder buy-in and obtain requirements approval

*Define document requirements into Use Cases, Use Case Models, Requirements

*Traceability Matrices, help with Test Cases and prepare any other appropriate documentation related to business requirements

*Familiarity with integrating enterprise-level systems is an asset

*Create end users/system Manual with the support of the development team

*Minimum five (5) years experience as a Business Analyst and/or Business

*Systems Analyst – in the Infrastructure/Asset Management field
