Junior Sales Representative Jobs

We are a manufacturer and distributor of outdoor porcelain tiles. Our Porcea Elite Collection is made in Italy & designed for North America. We are looking to bring on a talented Junior Sales Representative to join our team. Our company values hard work, team-effort, attention to detail, and employees that care about their work.

The day-to-day will include Prospecting, cold calling, and cold emailing potential clients. Most of the time will be spent on the phone and on emails. It will be a mix of a hunting and farming sales role.

Requirements:

• Deliver at a fast pace, the individual needs to be a fast learner that can quickly pick up the product line
• Clear, crisp, confident voice as a lot of time will be spent on the phone and on emails.
• Valid driver's license and the candidate must be based within the GTA and be able to drive daily to our distribution centre in Bolton, ON
• This position is not remote, an ideal candidate will also have a mode of transport for client meetings around GTA. Please do not apply if you are not already living in Ontario.
• B2B sales experience is a strong preference for this position (i.e. Non-retail sales experience)
• Excellent communication skills with great English (written and verbal)
• Persistent, positive attitude with a commitment to achieving & exceeding sales targets

Responsibilities:

• Playing a key pivotal role in supporting existing larger accounts to update displays, provide samples and new product trainings to grow the account
• Organizing training sessions for B2B distribution clients and industry-wide lunch & learns
• Prospecting for large new accounts including cold calls, emails, handling inbound requests
• Assisting customers with orders, returns, and a full range of account management and customer service.
• Supporting with new products and special projects

Rewards:

• Position is an hourly + bonus structure
• Salary includes a base (as per experience) and commission (awarded based on sales)
