Job Profile Description:
We’re looking for a Commission Sales Representative for our agency. You will be involved in connecting with new clients, cold-calling, email follow-ups, and to acquire new potential clients for Mavenwit.
Responsibilities:
- You will be involved in generating new leads for the organization.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- You will be having quarterly/monthly sales milestones to achieve & to hit the sales quota.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a sales representative.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Familiarity with CRM practices and BRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
Overview Of Compensation:
As a Commission Sales Representative, your compensation will be based on a percentage of the sales you generate. Our average ticket size is $5000, and you will receive a recurring commission of 20% on each sale.This means that for every sale you make, you will earn 20% of the total sale value as your commission.
This commission structure is designed to reward your sales efforts and provide you with a direct incentive to drive sales and achieve targets.
