Insider Sales Representative Jobs

Forward Funding is seeking an energetic and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to aid in our rapidly expanding workplace.

In this position, you will be engaging with our established clientele to:

• Engage business owners and recommend financial products based on their needs
• Manage Senior Funding Specialist pipelines and assist them by handling their customer follow-ups
• Have meaningful conversations with business owners following up on missing documents and engaging in contract signatures via phone call and email
• Effectively manage CRM

Requirements

• Ability (and interest!) to achieve targets
• Excellent communicative skills; verbal and written
• Ability to multitask
• Experience in an outbound call center and/or related sales position
• Minimum high school diploma
• Good organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM Software (ex.: Salesforce)
