Although we are developers building software, the main focus of how we build out future versions of our platform is through collecting our customer’s feedback.Instead of building out features that we think would be important, we democratize the process to build the best solutions possible. As we continue to expand our market reach, we are seeking a dynamic and driven SaaS Sales Representative to join our sales team and contribute to our continued success.
What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like
Prospecting: Conduct extensive market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with our software solutions. Generate a database of prospects through targeted cold calls and cold emails.
Cold Calling: Initiate outbound cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our software solutions and articulate the benefits and features that address their unique needs.
Cold Emailing: Develop compelling and personalized cold email campaigns to engage prospects, showcase our software offerings, and create interest in scheduling product demonstrations or meetings.
Lead Qualification: Qualify leads bytheir pain points, requirements, and budget constraints. Effectively communiunderstandingcate how our software solutions can address their specific challenges.
Sales Presentations: Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients. Tailor the pitch to highlight the value proposition and ROI potential of our software solutions.
Relationship Building: Nurture relationships with potential clients by maintaining regular follow-ups and providing timely responses to inquiries. Understand client objections and address them professionally and persuasively.
Sales Pipeline Management: Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including calls, emails, meetings, and opportunities, using our CRM system. Provide regular updates on the progress of leads within the sales pipeline.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, strategies, and market insights. Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation campaigns.
Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor offerings to effectively position our software solutions in the market.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with prospects.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools is a bonus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and technology.
- Excellent cold calling and email writing skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus, but not mandatory.

Compensation
Base salary of 52k plus $700 per qualified demo booked. Additional commission at the time of contract signing. OTE 70k-115k CAD
