We are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Personal Development Advisors and Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for offering personalised guidance and advice to individuals seeking personal and professional growth. Additionally, you will promote and sell various personal development programs and products.
Responsibilities:
- Close sales and process orders, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Provide one-on-one consultations to clients, understanding their needs and goals for personal development.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.
- Recommend suitable personal development programs, courses, or products to clients based on their requirements.
- Address any questions or concerns that clients may have, providing clear and accurate information.
- Explain the benefits and features of the recommended programs or products to clients.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends in personal development.
Requirements:
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in using sales management software.
- Passionate about personal development and a strong belief in its transformative power.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Compensation: This position is commission-based with unlimited earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no cap on commissions, allowing you to maximize your income based on your efforts and results.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a commission-based role.
