About The Position


At MonetizeMore the Sales Development Representative is an integral part of the demand generation team and solely focuses on outbound prospecting. You will be responsible for executing the step-by-step outreach communications via email, phone call, LinkedIn and other channels, chat, and for researching the contact. In short, we’re looking for someone with aptitude and desire to become an expert in Sales Development, with a focus on applying your skills and expertise as a problem solver for more than one organization.


We are looking for someone:

  • Self-starters with track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives

What you’ll do:


  • Research new and existing accounts (i.e. adding contacts, sending regular emails, and qualifying opportunities into the Account Executive’s pipeline)
  • Work closely with Account Executives to develop targeted lists, email strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities for new business.
  • Be the first impression between MonetizeMore and our prospects.
  • Generate new business opportunities to fuel the MonetizeMore Account Executive pipeline.
  • Manage and track your pipeline using our CRM tools (SalesForce, SalesLoft) and marketing software like RedVolcano, Lusha and Contact Out.
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and identify potential MonetizeMore solutions to fulfill requirements
  • Achieve or exceed monthly targets for qualified opportunities
  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives at targeted accounts.
  • Become a MonetizeMore rockstar and be an expert at articulating our value proposition to anyone who asks (or who doesn’t ask)


Who you are:


  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Real passion for learning new things
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a startup environment
  • Highly organized and strong time management skills
  • English and Portuguese speaker
  • Comfortable with G-Suite (Docs, Excel, Gmail)
  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets
  • Proactivity is a key quality
  • Past experience in high-volume outbound sales prospecting


Nice to Have


  • Experience using CRMs
  • Fluent in Spanish and/or another language
  • Basic knowledge in AdTech industries
  • Experience in B2B sales
