About The Role
We are seeking a revenue-focused Learning Program Manager with expertise in Retail to join our Technical Learning and Development team. This critical position will be responsible for designing technical learning programs and ensuring effective delivery and measurement.
In this role, you will:

• Develop and design technical learning programs that align with organizational goals
• Manage stakeholder relationships by partnering with leadership, managing expectations, and creating alignment on training goals and outcomes.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs and learner feedback to improve programs
• Manage learning projects from start to finish to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate new approaches and technologies
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure relevant training materials and assessment are developed

Qualifications

• Familiarity / experience with learning management and content management systems
• Strong technical knowledge of web technologies such as ERPs, APIs, React, etc
• 4-5 years of Learning Program Management experience in SaaS preferred
• Experience using Shopify Platform a plus
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
• ECommerce, Omni channel experience
• Resourceful, proactive, and adaptable in a changing environment
• Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and prioritize tasks
• Excellent relationship management skills for cross-functional collaboration
• Experience with ADDIE and Retail
• Possess excellent communication skills
