The opportunity:

Our latest product offers hotels the ability to securely send invoices and accept card-not-present payments online with the click of a button. This game-changing solution replaces the old method of using paper authorization forms, which are subject to a high risk of fraudulent chargebacks.

This solution is stand-alone, easy & quick to implement, and saves hotels thousands of dollars in payment processing fees each year. Moreover, this cutting-edge solution can be used by ANY hotel in Canada, regardless of the hotel brand. Hence, it is easy to sell and has high conversion rates.

Role and Responsibilities:

Your main focus will be finding and targeting hotels that:

1. Need to upgrade to EMV processing as mandated by the card associations

2. Or are using paper-based authorization forms for processing card-not-present payments

You will leverage your extensive experience in the hotel industry and fluency with hotel property management systems to identify potential clients and build strong relationships within the hotel community. Your role will involve the following:

• Helping hotels upgrade to EMV Chip & Pin solution from mag swipe.
• Emphasizing the immediate benefits hotels can experience by implementing Converge for their transactions.
• Demonstrating the ease of use of this solution to Canadian hotels and resorts, as all hotels process card-not-present transactions.
• Introducing Converge Hospitality solution for card-not-present transactions to hotels of all brands.

Requirements: To succeed in this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proven track record in sales.
• Well-respected within the hotel community with a strong network of industry contacts.
• Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
• Established background in the hotel industry with a deep understanding of hotel property management systems and payment processing.
• Passion for working with people and providing exceptional customer service.
