Job Summary

The position plays a critical role in identifying opportunities to add business value, pursue improved or new technology functionality, and drive the maximum level of standardization of business processes and technology across the entire corporation. This position plans, designs, tests, and deploys efficient information systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. This includes developing business cases, gathering detailed business and systems requirements and user stories/journeys. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, and fully execute test plans to assess the integrity and accuracy of business processes, module functionality setups and modifications, enhancements/customizations, and patches.
• Manage assigned project/enhancements using Service Now ITBM
• Develop and maintain end user training documentation and deliver training/demos/presentations as required
• Identify/document tasks/deliverables, create project schedules, assign tasks, perform project oversight, and provide project status
• Understand, validate, and document business needs, distinguish between needs and wants, identify gaps between business needs and standard Salesforce functionality, design specification for developers as appropriate
• Work with management/team members/users to ensure project stays on schedule and negotiate/adjust resources and priorities
