OVERVIEW
TheJr. Project Manageris responsible for overseeing and leading various projects and providing administrative support to the Project Management team. The Jr. Project Manager is a contributing member of the team by leading assigned projects, including cross functional coordination, status monitoring and reporting, resource tracking, and other administrative tasks.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct all business in accordance with company policies and procedures, Fair Housing, Americans with Disabilities Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, applicable state statutes and all other laws pertaining to residential rentals, whether local, state, or federal.
- Build a team of people to handle leasing inquiries and application screening using various systems, as directed.
- Develop and implement a plan to centralize leasing/application screening for all PURE branches across the country.
- Work alongside the PURE Way team to develop processes and procedures for leasing/application screening.
- Implement tracking and metrics to achieve service goals.
- Train team members on using systems, processes, and procedures.
- Provide analytics on service levels, property data, leasing data, and other data that will assist in the overall operation of the company.
GENERAL GUIDELINES:
What you’ll need to be successful:
- 3 years of experience in project management
- Skilled in planning, time management, communication, and organization
- Knowledge of project management tools including Smartsheets or similar
- Experience working independently and, in a team-oriented collaborative environment
- Experience working with property management or a background in real estate
