Are you a creative marketing professional with a passion for TikTok and expertise in driving successful advertising campaigns? HRLab is currently seeking a TikTok Marketing Coordinator on behalf of a prominent client in the music marketing industry to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for formulating cutting-edge advertising strategies on TikTok and managing our client's TikTok account to enhance brand visibility and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
TikTok Advertising Strategy: Develop and execute result-driven advertising strategies on TikTok that align with the client's brand objectives and target audience. Research and stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, features, and best practices to maximize campaign performance.
Creative Content Development: Ideate, design, and create visually captivating ad content for TikTok, including videos, animations, and other multimedia formats. Collaborate with the creative team to ensure brand consistency and engaging messaging.
Ad Campaign Management: Set up, monitor, and optimize TikTok ad campaigns, including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and audience targeting. Analyze campaign data and performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and achieve optimal ROI.
Community Engagement: Manage the day-to-day activities of the TikTok account, respond to comments, messages, and interact with the TikTok community to build and maintain a strong follower base.
Cross-Channel Integration: Collaborate with other team members to integrate TikTok campaigns with broader marketing initiatives across different platforms, ensuring a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
Influencer Collaboration: Identify and partner with relevant TikTok influencers to amplify brand reach and exposure. Manage influencer relationships and track performance.
Performance Reporting: Prepare regular reports on TikTok advertising performance, providing insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies for continuous improvement.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage influencer relationships.
- Bonus: Proficiency in video editing tools and graphic design software.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable conclusions to optimize campaign performance.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and ad management platforms.
- Up-to-date with the latest social media and advertising trends.
- Proven experience in managing TikTok advertising campaigns and a deep understanding of the TikTok platform.
- Strong creative and visual sense, with the ability to craft engaging content tailored for TikTok's format and audience.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
