Job Summary:
As the Marketing Manager at ClickTecs, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to effectively promote our digital marketing and franchise management software services to franchisors. You will play a key role in driving brand awareness, lead generation, and client acquisition. This role requires a creative and data-driven marketer with a deep understanding of all facets of marketing and franchising.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan tailored to target franchisors.
- Identify key market segments, trends, and competitive landscape to inform strategy.
2. Branding and Positioning:
- Manage and enhance the ClickTech brand image within the franchise industry.
- Craft a unique value proposition that highlights our expertise in digital marketing and software for franchisors.
3. Lead Generation:
- Create and execute lead generation campaigns through various channels (e.g., PPC, SEO, content marketing).
- Develop landing pages and lead capture forms to maximize lead acquisition.
4. Content Marketing:
- Oversee the creation of high-quality content (blog posts, ebooks, webinars, videos) that addresses franchisors' pain points.
- Ensure content aligns with the marketing strategy and is optimized for SEO.
5. Email Marketing:
- Build and segment an email list of potential franchisor clients.
- Develop and send targeted email campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
6. Digital Advertising:
- Manage PPC advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads.
- Optimize ad spend, keywords, and ad creatives to maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on lead generation and B2B marketing.
- Knowledge of the franchise industry and its unique marketing challenges.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Experience managing a marketing team is a plus.
