As an Onboarding Specialist , you are seen as the leader of the Consultant Experience to the organization. Managers seek out your assistance in handling onboarding matters. Consultants come to you as an initial point of contact and reference for their questions and needs. This role’s success depends on the ability to juggle multiple initiatives and priorities at once, build trusting relationships within the organization and communicate the CDW value proposition to consultants.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Address consultant needs as follows: Provide answers and solutions to consultant questions and issues regarding company policy, programs, benefits and first line employee relation matters
• Address consultant needs as follows: Ensure communication of new hire procedures are clear to consultants while maintaining a level of urgency for process completion to meet hire date requirements
• Address consultant needs as follows: Maintain awareness of employment laws as it relates to talent acquisition and onboarding
• Identify areas for process improvement and recommend change as necessary
• Conduct ad-hoc reporting which may include turnover data, workforce counts, placement analysis, etc.
• Handle sensitive data with a strong sense of privacy and confidentiality

Education and/or Experience Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree

Required Qualifications

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive coworker information is required
• History of working independently with little direction
• Strong attention to detail while being results and solutions driven

Preferred Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish a plus.
