The Portfolio Marketing Specialist role in Hiring Company’s Revenue Growth and Marketing organization focuses on defining and communicating the strategic narrative aligned with our portfolios. As part of this role, you will create marketing collateral to support Hiring Company’s solutions and assist the sales teams in their efforts. You will collaborate closely with Hiring Company’s leadership team and solution development leads in the Security and Software Asset Management (SAM) business units.

Responsibilities

• Interview subject matter experts to update existing portfolio marketing collateral and create new assets as required.
• Prioritize and plan the creation of new collateral and communicate all content updates to relevant business units and stakeholders, such as sales, enablement, business unit leads, and category leads.
• Create positioning frameworks for priority solutions to guide further content creation, including datasheets, customer presentations, and pages for the Solutions and Services catalog.
• Identify priorities for Hiring Company’s Security and SAM business units in partnership with the business unit leadership team.
• Develop a portfolio marketing content calendar based on the solutions roadmap and current business priorities of the business units.

Qualifications

• Project coordination and management skills.
• 5+ years of experience in a marketing communication, content marketing, or content creation role in the enterprise technology space.
• Creative thinking and strong presentation ability.
• Deep understanding of marketing collateral types and the ability to write in distinctive styles for different audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
