Job Description

We are looking for a passionate marketing & sales operations rockstar to join our team and dive into an array of dynamic and engaging projects across our client portfolio. You will contribute with best practice guidance, project management, process development & execution, and troubleshooting. You are a functional system admin and have experience delivering custom marketing and sales operations solutions at scale.


Responsibilities:

● Understanding and creating a system architecture, in line with client KPIs

● Ongoing platform management and configuration to meet client needs (both marketing and sales)

● Data management and analysis to ensure data is accurate and up to date.

● Proactively identify areas of inefficiency within a clients sales and marketing processes and provide recommendations for optimizations.

● Generate reports and dashboards that provide insights

● Staying up to date with platform changes and advancements

● Being highly responsive to client asks

● Meeting all deadlines for deliverables

● Understand the role of each internal UTTR department and how RevOps can increase ROI of these marketing efforts


Setting the strategic direction:

● Establish clear business KPIs with client. Develop a system architecture in-line with the clients business.

● Follow the UTTR playbook for best-practice.

● Understand the role of other internal UTTR teams and how RevOps specifically delivers towards client outcomes


Day-to-day platform management:

● Ongoing platform configuration to achieve client needs (sales and marketing)

● Data management and analysis to ensure data is accurate and up to date

● All activity is QA’d prior & post go-live

● Recommendations are regularly shared

● Provide proactive ideas at least 2x monthly to client.

● Stay on top of trends to trial new features.


Project & Client Management:

● Ensure tasks are well documented and any follow-up comms are clearly visible within ClickUp

● Organization of tasks through timely delivery - no tasks are overdue. If timelines are an issue this is clearly stated when the ticket is made.

● Client slack messages are responded to immediately once read.

● During client meetings, notes are taken to encompass all required actions.

● Meetings are high-energy, always providing valuable insight to the clients.

● Open and honest approach is taken, with push-back when required.


Reporting:

● Generate reports that provide insights (not facts).

● Reporting tells a cohesive story that reflects back on the clients KPIs and performance.

● Wins and potential issues are acknowledged in real-time on slack.


What you’ll bring:

● Hands-on experience with marketing & sales automation systems, Hubspot and Salesforce preferred.

● Strong analytical skills.

● Highly organised & detail oriented.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

● A positive outlook and proactive mindset.

● An understanding of B2B SaaS businesses a plus
