Ambulatory Core is seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and engagement. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand our customers' needs and preferences, segment the customer base, create tailored marketing initiatives, develop engaging content, and manage KPI dashboards to track and measure campaign performance.
This position will report to the Director of Marketing of our Ambulator business unit.
What your impact will be:
- Develop and implement, integrated marketing strategies encompassing traditional and digital channels, including setting measurable KPIs, SMART objectives, and budgets.
- Oversee customer communication channels, including email, SMS, social media, and other platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging messaging.
- Lead, coach, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals, nurturing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous growth.
- Create and execute content strategy, developing compelling and relevant content across various channels to engage new and retain existing customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales, customer service, and product development, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, patterns, and segments within the existing customer base to inform marketing strategies.
- Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.
- Leverage marketing analytics and tools, such as Google Analytics, A/B testing, and marketing automation, to evaluate campaign performance, optimize marketing efforts, and guide data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate market research and competitive analysis, staying informed on industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging opportunities.
- Develop and manage KPI dashboards, ensuring accurate and up-to-date reporting on campaign performance and overall customer base health.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on customer base management, content creation and strategy, and KPI dashboard development.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring a diverse team of marketing professionals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex ideas with clarity and persuasiveness
- Proficiency in data-driven marketing, including analytics, SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
