Provider Network Performance Specialist:

• Collect and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Monitor and optimize the performance of our contracted provider network
• Facilitate workgroups and conduct root cause analysis on performance issues
• Collaborate with Provider Network Operations teams to set clear expectations and enhance provider experience
• Develop and implement monitoring processes and reports for key performance indicators

Required Skills/Abilities

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and identify actionable insights
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with others
• Ability to build relationships and credibility with providers

Education And Experience

• 1-3 years of previous experience in provider network management or healthcare administration
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
• Experience with data analysis
