As the leader of our product organization, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company's product strategy, which is focused on delivering world-class AI products that are innovative, useful, and user-friendly. You will work with a team of talented and passionate researchers, engineers, designers, and business professionals to build products that will have a transformative impact on the world

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams: You will work closely with research, engineering, design, and business development teams to ensure that products are designed and developed to meet client needs and achieve business objectives. You will collaborate with these teams to define product requirements, assess feasibility, and prioritize product features and capabilities
• Lead the product development process: You will oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, working closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure that products are delivered on-time, within budget, and with high-quality standards
• Develop and execute the product strategy: You will lead the development and execution of Collective[i]'s product strategy, working closely with the leadership team to identify market opportunities and trends, assess client needs and preferences, and prioritize product features and capabilities based on the company's resources, timelines, and business objectives
• Manage the product portfolio: You will manage Collective[i]'s product portfolio, evaluating the performance of existing products, identifying opportunities for improvement, and making recommendations for product enhancements, updates, and retirements
• Engage with clients and stakeholders: You will engage with clients, stakeholders, and industry experts to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. You will use client feedback and insights to inform product development decisions, prioritize product features and capabilities, and improve the overall user experience

Qualifications:

• Strong business acumen, with experience in developing and executing product strategies that align with business goals
• Experience in working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities and requirements
• Experience in leading and managing a team of product managers, designers, and engineers
• Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree in business administration preferred
• Strong technical background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and data to make informed decisions
• A passion for creating products that positively impact people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
