Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing product management team, including leaders / managers

Manage long-term product development lifecycles, including customer insights & market analysis, roadmaps and prioritization frameworks, KPIs, and product delivery.

Have several examples of shipping successful customer experience innovation across multiple channels and complex customer lifecycles.
