About The Role

Hims and Hers is redefining wellness and healthcare with a fully integrated consumer, clinician, and pharmacy experience designed for the way consumers want to be treated today. As the Vice President of Product Management, Growth, you and your team will collaborate with leadership and functional partners to transform and redefine wellness - helping consumers feel better through the power of your innovative user experiences and science backed medicine.


You Will

  • Maximize efficiency in a fast growing company with a constantly evolving environment
  • Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative features and products and platforms. You’ll build and manage multiple product lines focused on customer acquisition and retention at millions of users and billions of dollars in revenue of scale.
  • Establish data-backed shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
  • Integrate company strategy, research and market analysis into product strategy, and collaborate with your team to deliver product lines and user experiences based on that strategy. Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of product lines.
  • Customer experience obsession. You and your team will develop innovative experiences for customers across a complex, years-long lifecycle with touchpoints across web, mobile, and other channels. You’ll improve customer lifetime value via multiple tactics in conjunction with your cross functional teams.
  • Consolidate feedback from marketing, analytics, business operations, medical and technical stakeholders to develop products and engagement channels with millions of consumers. You’ll use that feedback to both build new product lines and extend existing product lines.
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop a high performing product management team, including leaders / managers
  • Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers
  • Manage long-term product development lifecycles, including customer insights & market analysis, roadmaps and prioritization frameworks, KPIs, and product delivery.


You Have:

  • Strategic and tactical experience designing, building and executing scalable processes across the product development lifecycle, from customer insights and market analysis through build and delivery. You’ve collaborated with other product leaders across complex customer and operations lifecycles to improve the product lifecycle across direct and indirect teams.
  • Critical thinking/analytical leadership experience, having worked with customer data / insights platforms such as Amplitude, Looker, or similar tooling for insights. You’ve both built your own dashboards and have collaborated with analytics / data science teams for insights.
  • You have a track record of innovative product launches and have managed product lines at a scale of millions of users and billions of dollars in revenue, and have driven 50+% YoY growth for user acquisition and revenue in a direct to consumer or software as a service vertical.
  • Have several examples of shipping successful customer experience innovation across multiple channels and complex customer lifecycles.
  • 8+ years of experience hiring, managing, and developing both individual contributors and senior leaders / managers. Ideally you’ve managed remote talent and teams.
  • Experience presenting to senior executive audiences and executing against feedback. You’ve successfully used data to drive decisions and change viewpoints with those executive stakeholders.
  • 12+ years of experience in Product Management, working collaboratively with engineering and design teams
