What you will do :

The main objective is to help us get to 100m€ ARR in the next 2-3 years.

You will drive marketing RevenueGen and DemandGen, leveraging :

• All our marketing channels, mainly Paid Marketing (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Organic (SEO and non-SEO content), Field Marketing & Growth (events, webinars, ABM campaigns)
• All our marketing optimisation levers : CRM, conversion rate optimisation, outbound - inbound alignment, intent-based marketing, PLG…

You will also drive our upmarket move and position Agicap as the preferred cash flow solution and brand for all CEOs and Finance teams of SMBs and Mid-Market companies in Europe.

The current team has 25 talents (including an in-house Creative Studio!), across our 5 markets.

All 6 Managers will directly report to you, and you will report to the Chief Revenue Officer.

You can be located in any of our offices in Lyon (HQ), London, Berlin, Milan or Lisbon.

We are looking for a very talented and ambitious Marketing and DemandGen leader who wants to have a strong impact in a huge and untapped market. The candidate must have the following track record :

• Expertise on all our core marketing channels and optimisation levers
• Fluent in English
• Strong ability to work with sales team and get a step beyond marketing to make sure pipeline converts
• Customer centric, obsessed with understanding customers’ needs and profiles to adapt the positioning and acquisition strategy, and ready to talk directly to customers
• Financial knowledge is a plus but not mandatory. You must be able to quickly become an expert in the field though
• Hands-on, you like to go on the front line and lead by example
• At least 5 years of experience as VP Marketing / Head of DemandGen in a fast growing scale up (minimum Series B or 30m€ ARR) and / or more mature tech company
