Looking for a new role to develop in a global organization?


The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for creating a strong performance marketing strategy and execution plan. You will be responsible for managing the marketing investment budget and maximizing returns on advertising spend and promotional activities across the e-com channel.


Your main responsibilities include:

  • Proactively share performance reports, analysis and insights on the channel, that lead to A/B testing in the markets to generate better conversion across the funnel
  • Take the lead on finding new and innovative ways to expand ecommerce business through existing and new media channels
  • Lead the country/market, external agency teams, media partners and others to co-work effectively
  • Instill a performance marketing mindset, by setting clear KPIs and managing a reporting process to effectively measure eComm marketing performance. This includes but isn’t limited to tracking ROAS, Search and eComm marketing strategy.
  • Work closely with Digital Brand, Brand Comms and ecommerce team to drive testing, reporting, optimization and analysis on channel performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvements. Share with global and other market teams to help educate and learn
  • Manage the marketing budget and maximize returns on advertising and event activities across the ecommerce channel
  • Define performance media activities across On Platform and Out Platform media channel and drive media agency to strategize and execute marketing campaigns that drive high incremental return for the Beiersdorf Brands
  • Driving execution of user acquisition campaigns that support BDF’s growth initiatives while meeting budget requirements by close cooperation with local country marketing teams
  • Design strategies/guidelines to drive online traffic to e-platforms and e-retailers, track conversion rates and make improvements through optimal media and marketing spend management


Do you possess?

  • Data drive with experience in relevant web analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics & Adobe Analytics) with strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
  • Curiosity and passion for ecommerce and Digital Marketing and the interaction of the different channels
  • Comfort with the rapid evolution of (marketing) technology and excited to continue to develop and enhance knowledge, skills and experience (experience with attribution modelling, an asset)
  • Demonstrated ability to defend media choices both analytically and critically taking all business objectives and marketing goals into consideration
  • Experience in Performance Marketing: Search Engine Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Display, Programmatic Media and Paid Social Media Buying and Planning
  • Strong (written and verbal) communication and interpersonal skills. Clear communicator that is collaborative and able to build strong relationships quickly
  • Bachelor in Marketing / Media and a proven experience (min 3 years) in either agency (Digital, ecommerce) or a client-side Performance Marketing role
  • Logical thinking, able to synthesize knowledge, data and experience to develop and communicate solid conclusions and recommendations

CHEF, MARKETING DE PERFORMANCE


La/le chef du marketing de performance est responsable de la création d'une stratégie de marketing de performance solide et d'un plan d'exécution pour son atteinte. Vous serez responsable de la gestion du budget d'investissement marketing et de maximiser les retours sur les dépenses publicitaires et les activités promotionnelles sur l'ensemble du commerce électronique.


Vos principales responsabilités incluent :

  • Concevoir des stratégies/directives pour générer du trafic en ligne vers les plateformes et les détaillants en ligne, suivre les taux de conversion et apporter des améliorations grâce à une gestion optimale des dépenses média et marketing
  • Gérer le budget marketing et maximiser les retours sur les activités publicitaires et événementielles sur l'ensemble du canal de commerce électronique
  • Définir les activités de performances médiatiques de sur les canaux entrants et sortants et inciter l'agence média à élaborer des stratégies et à exécuter des campagnes marketing qui génèrent un rendement incrémentiel élevé pour les marques Beiersdorf
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de marques numériques, de communication des marque et du commerce électronique pour piloter les tests, les rapports, l'optimisation et l'analyse des performances des canaux afin d'identifier les leviers clés et les opportunités d'amélioration (partager ses connaissances avec les équipes mondiales d'autres marchés)
  • Piloter l'exécution des campagnes d'acquisition d'utilisateurs qui soutiennent les initiatives de croissance de BDF tout en respectant les exigences budgétaires grâce à une coopération étroite avec les équipes marketing locales des pays
  • Assurer la collaboration efficace des équipes du pays/marché, les agences externes, les partenaires médias et autres
  • Instaurer un esprit de marketing de performance, en définissant des KPI clairs et en gérant un processus de suivi pour mesurer efficacement les performances marketing électronique, y compris, le suivi de la stratégie marketing ROAS, Search & eComm, entre autres
  • Partager proactivement les rapports de performance, les analyses et autres informations sur le canal, qui conduisent à des tests A/B sur les marchés pour générer une meilleure conversion à travers l'entonnoir
  • Trouver des moyens nouveaux et innovants pour développer les activités de commerce électronique via les canaux de médias existants et futurs


Possédez-vous…

  • Capacité à défendre les choix médiatiques de manière analytique et critique en tenant compte de tous les objectifs commerciaux et de marketing
