Jr. Digital Marketing Manager

We are an online spiritual community looking for someone that wants to support in promoting this space and the events we are holding on social media platforms and beyond.

Ideally, someone that has some experience with digital marketing. We would love to have someone on their spiritual path and interested in also participating in our community space!

We are looking to hire somebody that is responsible and reliable and will take initiative in troubleshooting and problem-solving on their own while also prioritizing communication.

Some of the tasks you will be working with :

• Bringing creative ideas and energy on increasing our engagement
• Sending out individualized emails and direct messages on various platforms
• Overseeing projects and execution of marketing plans with other employees
• Optimizing social media platforms
• Membership development
• Making comprehensive spreadsheets
• Working with us to create a marketing strategy and following through
• Following content calendars and creating posts

We are flexible with the workload and work times. Some weeks will naturally be busier while some will be more tame!
