About the role:


Join ANDY Corp as a Junior Digital Marketing Manager. Collaborate closely with the Director and Graphic Designer/Web Manager to shape our brand's online presence. Craft compelling social media content, engage our audience, and track performance. Contribute to internal marketing campaigns promoting employee engagement and company culture. Create captivating in-house content to enhance our social media presence. What you'll do here:


  • Help with digital advertising, including META ADS and Google AdWords
  • Engage with our social media audience, respond to comments and messages, and foster a sense of community around our brand
  • Create in-house content, such as Reels, short videos, photography, and other engaging formats, to enhance our social media presence
  • Assist with email marketing from database management, and newsletter creation and dissemination
  • Work closely with the Director and Graphic Designer/Web Manager to understand ANDY Corp's 360 marketing and communication strategy
  • Track and monitor the performance of social media activities, providing insightful reports and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Other marketing duties may be assigned
  • Collaborate with the Director to plan and develop compelling social media content that aligns with the mark/comm plans and calendars
  • Collaborate with the different departments within the company to develop and execute internal marketing campaigns that promote employee engagement, company culture, and values.
  • Schedule and publish social media content on various platforms to optimize engagement and reach
  • Craft attention-grabbing and persuasive captions that effectively convey our brand's messaging and offerings


What you bring to the table:


  • High attention to detail and the ability to analyze social media metrics to inform strategy
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
  • Bilingual French-English with strong written communication skills in both languages is mandatory
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple social media platforms and campaigns simultaneously
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role
  • Excellent written communication skills with a flair for crafting compelling and creative captions
  • Proficiency in using social media scheduling and analytics tools
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in social media content creation
  • Familiarity with graphic design concepts to collaborate effectively with the Graphic Designer/Web Manager
  • Ability to create engaging visual content, including short videos, photography, and Reels
