Minimum Experience : 2-3 years
This position requires a go-getter attitude, attention to detail, and creative thinking. Facebook and Google Ads experience is required for this role. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to increase revenue and have a history of strong ROI working in Facebook Ads Manager and other social platforms. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will implement, optimize and report on digital marketing strategies for the company.
Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and implement patient recruitment marketing programs and digital strategy to maximize the brand presentation, patient experience, and supports the integrated marketing and recruitment strategy.
Work with corporate marketing and patient recruitment team to maximize existing marketing initiatives and develop new ones.
Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability.
Stay up to date on research industry insights and digital marketing trends.
Manage the execution of creative marketing strategies across various platforms including websites/landing pages, social media, print and digital ads, emails, videos, etc.
Oversee IRB approval processes for all patient recruitment and retention materials, including submission to the IRB.
Coordinate the creation of digital content with our external vendors (e.g. digital ads, blogs, press releases, etc.)
Manage relationships between our organization and external advertising vendors, oversee performance across multiple research sites, establish and monitor KPIs and ROI, and maximize overall patient recruitment.
Execute online and digital marketing programs to drive traffic and generate recruits, ultimately increasing our overall organic presence.

Experience & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree preferred; Marketing degree is a plus
Marketing Certifications a plus
Must have people management experience
2-3 years experience in placing media ads
Expert in Facebook Advertising and Google Analytics
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to a variety of audiences
Highly creative - brings new ideas and innovative approaches to tasks
Demonstrates effective oral, written and visual communication skills
Demonstrates ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously
Flexible - able to respond quickly to shifting priorities and demands
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, CRM systems and Google Suite
Strong copywriting skills
Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize with minimal guidance
Must be detail oriented
Proficient problem solving and strategic decision making ability
