As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Lead to join our team and take charge of our marketing efforts.
Position Overview:
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing our marketing team and ensuring the successful execution of our marketing campaigns. You will play a crucial role in driving customer acquisition, brand awareness, and overall growth. Your primary focus will be on improving campaign planning, data collection and analysis, and team performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Campaign Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product, Content, and Creative, to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that align with our business objectives and target audience.
- Data Collection and Analysis: Design and implement effective data collection methods and tools to track and measure the performance of marketing campaigns. Utilize data analytics to gain insights, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.
- Team Management and Performance: Lead and manage the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure individual and team performance goals are met. Conduct regular performance evaluations, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary training and development opportunities.
- Campaign Execution: Oversee the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders, setting clear objectives and timelines, and ensuring timely delivery of assets and materials.
- Brand Management: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels and initiatives. Work closely with the creative team to develop engaging and compelling brand messaging and visuals that resonate with our target audience.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging marketing techniques. -Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, target audience preferences, and potential partnerships.
- Budget Management: Collaborate with the finance department to develop and manage the marketing budget. Monitor expenses, track ROI, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Collaboration and Communication: Foster effective communication and collaboration within the marketing team and across other departments. -Ensure clear communication of marketing objectives, strategies, and campaign performance to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus. -
- Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on campaign planning and execution.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Familiarity with children's entertainment industry and understanding of the target audience.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, including analytics software, project management tools, and CRM systems.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for children's content and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality experiences to our young audience.
