THE ROLE
A standalone position within a recruitment agency with the end goals of helping candidates create better digital representations of themselves, establishing the company’s brand, and having a positive impact on attracting well-qualified inbound applicants.
THE TASKS
May include, but not be limited to, the following tasks:
- Develop and implement strategies for improving our employer brand, making us a top choice for both candidates and employers.
- Create, manage, and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Utilize video marketing techniques to promote brand awareness and engage our target audience.
- Business case writing, editing, and research into companies to better articulate skills and achievements.
- Collaborate with our recruitment team to generate creative ideas for candidate acquisition and retention.
- Manage our company's presence on various job boards, ensuring we have attractive, up-to-date postings.
- Support the recruitment team’s operations with assistance in the development of Visual Resumes.

THE EXPECTATIONS TIMELINE PREVIEW
By Month 1
- Begin to familiarize yourself with various job boards and social media platforms like LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Understand the brand, goals, and targets of the company.
- Start working with the recruitment team to understand the Visual Resume component of the recruitment process.
- Initiate the development of comprehensive digital and content marketing strategies.
By Month 3
- Implement and optimize marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Quantify improvement in engagement levels on social media platforms due to generated content.
- Effectively write, edit, or research where necessary to improve candidate Visual Resumes.
By Month 6
- Show notable improvements in our employer brand, making us a top choice for both candidates and employers.
- Achieve optimal efficiency with the Visual Resume process providing assurance on the accuracy of material and a quick turnaround.
- Demonstrate/quantify positive impacts on the quality of inbound applicants.
By Month 12
- Achieve consistent and successful delivery of digital and content marketing strategies[LS2] .
- Establish a robust and recognized company brand, leading to a higher quality of inbound applicants.
THE SKILL SET
- 2-3 years of experience in a writing-focused or media-based role, preferably in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Excellent business writing skills.
- Experience with digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, social media, and results tracking and reporting.
