Marketing Operations Manager Jobs

As the Marketing Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for the strategy, management, and development of email programs and lead processes within the marketing automation platform. You'll support all marketing email communications and be a strategic partner in providing recommendations on how to continuously advance prospects to a sales-ready stage to align with revenue objectives in coordination with stakeholders.

To be successful in this role, you should have 4+ years of marketing automation experience using Marketo. You should also have 3+ years of expertise in Salesforce usage and marketing administration, especially in building Salesforce dashboards and setting up campaign attribution programs. You should have an in-depth understanding of the relationship between Marketo and Salesforce, and how campaigns/data are synced, as well as the field mapping processes.

You'll also build, implement, and monitor Marketo campaigns such as webinars, events, and content syndication programs. You'll collaborate closely with Digital Marketing Manager and SDR teams to align Nurture strategies and campaigns between systems to optimize for advancing persons and accounts along their customer journeys. You'll understand the database and segmentations to identify parts of a leaky funnel, potentially lost leads, and proper lead scoring and routing. You'll provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights, and pacing towards marketing team KPIs.
