Marketing Operations Manager Jobs

Valorx is seeking a highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager to join our team in a high-impact and high-visibility role. The ideal candidate will have marketing automation, Salesforce, and sales automation tool experience, and will appreciate an opportunity to take on a clean tech stack that is unencumbered by technical debt – it’s a clean slate for you to build out, with the opportunity to set the bar high for what a strong, well-integrated tech stack looks like. This individual will work closely with peers across Marketing, Sales, Sales Ops, and Product.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Account Executives and SDRs to develop high-performing cadences in Outreach.
• Ensure data integrity across our marketing tech stack, including Salesforce. Marketo, and other tools.
• Develop and execute A/B testing programs to optimize email, landing page and other marketing tactics.
• Help us maintain and evolve our attribution and measurement frameworks. Build and maintain operational dashboards and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to make data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and new marketing strategies.
• Manage our marketing automation platform (Marketo) and manage the full customer lifecycle.
• Work with the Sales team to develop and implement lead scoring and routing processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
• Experience as a marketing admin in Salesforce is a big plus.
• Marketo experience required; Marketo Certified Expert preferred.
• Experience with Sales Automation preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing operations, with a focus on marketing automation.
• Thrives in a fast pace and adaptable environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams.
