Our product helps to manage a mission-critical function to companies – AR, payments, cash app and cash flow (and much more). Versapay is looking for a highly organized and analytical Marketing Operations Specialist who is passionate about marketing operations & technology, lead generation, and marketing analytics. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing Operations, you will implement the marketing operations strategy for our marketing programs, drive email marketing campaigns and support analytics and reporting needs.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 3 plus years' experience in email marketing, developing lead nurture strategy, lead import and management, marketing automation, reporting, and analytics. Your efforts and insights will contribute to optimizing pipeline development and return on marketing spend. Your work is critical to enabling data-driven decision-making across marketing and sales.

In this role, you will accelerate your career in Marketing Operations, while helping us scale the MOPS function at Versapay.

What You'll Do

• Analyze gaps in our data and drive practices that help us maintain high quality, reliable performance data.
• Build and manage processes to optimize lead routing to the Sales team through tools such as Dataloader
• Help demand generation by building campaign automation, including workflows, forms, and other automation, in support of the marketing and sales team’s goals.
• Maintain a good understanding of email marketing best practices, and regulations throughout North America (including CASL), CCPA and global markets (such as GDPR)
• Initiate and drive customer and partner marketing campaigns by partnering with the customer, events and partner marketing teams.
• Execute and contribute to our email marketing strategy including email calendar management, email development, deployment and performance reporting.
• Own marketing reporting enhancements across Salesforce, HubSpot and Tableau.
• Optimize email KPIs such as open rate, Suspect to Prospect conversion rate, CTR and unsubscribe rates.
• Support the build and development of lead nurture strategy by building nurture streams through campaign workflows in HubSpot and report on the same.
• Implement and evaluate testing initiatives to improve marketing execution and performance.

What You'll Bring To The Team

• 3 plus years' experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot/Pardot (required), Tableau (required) and working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, Google Analytics, GTM, Google Ads, Drift, Zapier, ZoomInfo, and Terminus.
• Experience in campaign orchestration, lead nurturing, and other marketing automation capabilities such as forms, workflows, etc.
• Enthusiasm and excitement about growing in the marketing operations and MarTech field
• Ability to manage and run multiple concurrent projects within established timelines using project management tools such as Asana.
• 2 years’ experience with data analysis and visualization tools (Tableau)
• Great team player and experience working with a diverse group of individuals.
• Extraordinary attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Passionate about using data to answer critical business questions and drive decisions.
