The Marketing Specialist supports the organization in recruiting participants for clinical studies, through the use of effective and creative marketing techniques. It establishes and maintains statistics that will allow the organization to understand the market, demographics, and effectiveness of advertising actions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and manage the company's digital and traditional content for all actions related to patient recruitment.
• Update project-related information on our participant website.
• Promote SEO by optimizing the content of web pages.
• Manage all communications between merchants or external suppliers.
• Responsible for performing activities in accordance with corporate and divisional policies, standard operating procedures, and applicable operating guides and performing other duties as assigned by management.
• Collaborate in the management of the advertising budget and optimize its use.
• Develop, manage and maximize sponsored social media campaigns to increase company visibility.
• Define performance indicators for actions and communication campaigns; measure, present, and analyze results; seek to improve them by suggesting areas for improvement.
• Implement effective patient recruitment strategies based on each project.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Development of advertising campaigns on various digital platforms.
• Excellent ability in written French and English (essential), Spanish – an asset.
• College diploma or Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or other appropriate field.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, both written and oral, with an ability to inform, influence, convince and persuade.
• Skills in marketing automation campaigns, digital strategy, and community management - an asset.
• Good knowledge of SEO, Google AdWords and Google Analytics. Previously acted as a community manager.
• Strong interest in all things digital media, data, analytics, and new technologies.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in communication or marketing.
• Experience in a regulatory context will be considered an asset
