We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Creative Lead in Digital Marketing with a strong passion for creating and designing innovative content. As the Creative Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's visual identity and storytelling across various digital platforms. Your ability to blend strategic thinking with creative execution will be essential in driving engagement, enhancing brand awareness, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns.


Led by a team of former admissions committee officers from some of the most prestigious universities, Inspira’s mission is to democratize access to higher education across millions of deserving students in the world, so that their education and life outcomes do not get determined by a zipcode or resources of their high schools. Inspira has thus built one of the deepest benches of admissions counselors in the world who support candidates with all the aspects of their application process and help them position the best version of themselves.

We have seen tremendous growth and we recently raised our Series A financing from leading Silicon Valley investors including Craft Ventures, David Sacks (Founding Member of PayPal), Jeff Fluhr (Co-Founder and CEO of Stubhub), Kygo, and other prominent angel investors.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and design captivating visual content, including but not limited to images, graphics, videos, animations, infographics, and interactive media.
  • Hire and manage freelancers as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Marketing or Co-Founders.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with the brand's objectives, target audience, and industry trends.
  • Adapt content for different digital platforms, optimizing for user experience and engagement while staying current with platform-specific best practices.
  • Work closely with copywriters, designers, marketers, and other team members to create holistic campaigns that seamlessly integrate visual and textual elements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design tools to continually enhance creative processes and output.
  • Provide artistic leadership by conceptualizing and defining the creative vision for all digital content, ensuring consistency and a strong brand presence.
  • Monitor the performance of content campaigns, using data and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and make data-driven improvements.
  • Innovative Ideation: Generate fresh and imaginative ideas to drive engagement, user interaction, and conversions across various digital channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive and recognizable visual identity throughout all touchpoints.
  • Oversee end-to-end content creation processes, from brainstorming concepts and storyboarding to production, editing, and final delivery.


Qualifications

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing principles, user experience, and best practices across various platforms.
  • Exceptional creativity, innovative thinking, and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects), Canva, and other relevant design tools.
  • Be up to date on advertising trends on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ideate multi channel marketing campaigns that integrate elements such as video, display ads, gated content, nurture campaigns, etc.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS and web design is a bonus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in digital marketing with a focus on content creation and design.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work, including visual design, motion graphics, and multimedia content.
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
