Directive Consulting is the performance marketing agency for SaaS and Tech companies. We use Customer Generation (a marketing methodology developed by us) which focuses on SQLs and Customers instead of traditional metrics like MQLs. We offer Paid Media, SEO, Performance Creative, and Video to our clients by creating comprehensive digital marketing strategies that allow our clients to hit their SQL targets, every time.
The Senior Designer II will be responsible for creating and designing high-quality performance-driven creatives for a variety of digital channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design performance-driven creatives across a variety of digital channels, including social media, display advertising, email marketing, and landing pages.
- Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates on the status of their projects, respond to feedback, and ensure that their needs are being met.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for all clients, ensuring consistency across all creatives and channels.
- Client travel as needed for key moments like ABR, QBR, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing managers, and developers, to create effective and engaging campaigns.
- Maintain an NSM reporting sheet and deliverables tracker sheet.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering creative ideas and insights to enhance campaign performance.
- Engage with elite and blue-chip clients.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with the art director to align design strategies and meet project objectives.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge and execution of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaigns.
- Strong design portfolio that demonstrates a range of design skills, including typography, layout, and color theory.
- Proven ability to manage a team and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- When the need arises, having the ability to support multiple junior designers.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 4+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creatives.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Work Environment Requirements:
For global locations, you must have established and current work authorization and permanently reside in that country. We do not offer sponsorships.
This role has the opportunity to operate 100% virtually from your home office. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary. Due to the nature of this role, you must be able to remain stationary for extended periods, must be able to observe and interpret written and/or verbal communication, must have reliable internet access, and a professional background.
