We are looking for an Industrial Designer
The incumbent will work within the product development department to bring to market creative and innovative new products for the North American retail and industrial markets.
Working Conditions
- Day shift, Monday to Friday.

Specifically, we would like to see you…
- Analyze existing products and prototypes.
- Analyze the market.
- Research trends and ideas.
- Validate measurement charts.
- Respect the deliverables with a concern for work well done.
- Participate in the growth of product lines by being proactive and accountable for the work that needs to be done.
- Assist in quality control and validation of samples.
- Work closely with the product development manager in the elaboration of the technical file (Tech pack).
- Research product certification standards.
- Perform fittings and adjustments of garments.
- Collaborate and participate in the successful development of new products.
- Collaborate with the sales department in the analysis of customer needs.
Ideal Profile
- French and English spoken and written required.
- University undergraduate or technical college degree in industrial design, fashion design.
- Knowledge of textile, tailoring, garment fitting.
- Ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
- Flair for new product development (Industrial).
- Knowledge of the industrial clothing market would be an asset.
- 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
- Great knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of electronics and rechargeable batteries for heated garments would be an asset.
- Be meticulous and demonstrate a strong team player spirit.
