POSITION OVERVIEW

The Junior Designer contributes to all aspects from concept to design and final development of a classification including the interpretation and translation of fashion trends to suit our target customer and support the company’s strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop styles from sketches to prototype, ensuring all components are up to brand standards.
• Ensures the accuracy of seasonal merchandising & commodity product line document;
• Ensures garment fit and look reflect design intentions on Live Model and 3D
• Supports Director and the Lead Designer in defining seasonal trends for target market ;
• Proposes nd present brand aligned products for assigned commodity, including fabrics , artworks and colors;
• Work closely with buying team to create & execute brand align product;

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES

• 3D knowledge is an asset.
• Excellent fashion sense and knack for originality and creativity ;
• University degree (or College diploma) in Fashion Design ;
• 3 years + of experience as an Assistant Designer or related experience ;
