 A Bit More About The Opportunity

This is a varied and exciting role which will give you the opportunity to work across many projects, working with key stakeholders across the group providing ideas and creative output. You will be working on design for a variety of channels and working closely with our local fostering agencies on a variety of content such as: posters, leaflets, event literature, information booklets, social media content, brand guidelines, website assets and many more, with a key focus on foster carer attraction and retention.

Not only will you be supported by our inhouse marketing team, but you will also meet regularly with our design partner, where you will have the chance to grow your skill set, surrounded by a team of creatives.

Essential

• Professional and proactive work ethic with exceptional attention to detail and self-motivation.
• Confident in Adobe packages, InDesign, Illustrator, photoshop (or equivalent design packages).
• Work effectively under pressure with multiple deadlines and conflicting demands.
• A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work flexibly, when needed for key projects, occasional weekend work and national travel across our UK officers may be required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• A passion for customer service and delivery excellence.
• A good understanding of designing for both online and offline collateral.
• Creative and imaginative.

Desirable

• Experience of working within the fostering and social care sectors.
• Educated to degree level.
